Almonds are the most base-borming of all nuts. They are rich in protein and fiber, helping to stabilize blood sugar levels. They are also a good source of vitamin E (vitamin of life – a great nutrient to support the skin and circulatory system) as well as B vitamins, magnesium, iron and zinc. We use almonds with their skins, because we do not want to deprive you of valuable minerals.

Almonds are usually blanched (the skin is removed) precisely because of the bitter taste of the antinutritional substances contained in their skin. However, these almonds are not bitter. The content of antinutrients is reduced by the process of soaking and activating (sprouting) of the almonds.

Raw low carb chocolate is a natural remedy for a good mood. Unroasted raw cocoa is a superfood called the Gift of the Gods. It has stimulating and encouraging effects on the body, it induces feelings of bliss. Thanks to the absence of roasting, all valuable antioxidants, vitamins and minerals remaind preserved.

We do not add any polishing substances and chemicals against almond sticking to raw chocolate. You get a pure natural taste and maximum nutrients from raw chocolate and activated almonds. We produce all products by hand.
