What does "activation" of nuts mean?

This releases or unlocks the essential minerals and makes them more easily accessible to the body.

After the soaking process, the activated nuts are dried at very low temperatures up to 42° C to preserve the enzymes to support digestion. The nuts prepared in this way are wonderfully crunchy and delicate in taste.
