Ingredients: activated almonds in raw quality
Almonds are the most base-borming of all nuts. They are rich in protein and fiber, helping to stabilize blood sugar levels. They are also a good source of vitamin E (vitamin of life – a great nutrient to support the skin and circulatory system) as well as B vitamins, magnesium, iron and zinc. We use almonds with their skins, because we do not want to deprive you of valuable minerals.
Almonds are usually blanched (the skin is removed) precisely because of the bitter taste of the antinutritional substances contained in their skin. However, these almonds are not bitter. The content of antinutrients is reduced by the process of soaking and activating (sprouting) of the almonds.
